Delivery Time:
Creating a piece of bespoke jewelry is an intricate process that requires time and precision. From the initial consultation to the final touches, our process typically takes 6 weeks. This timeline ensures that every detail is meticulously crafted to meet our high standards and your expectations.

Payment Process:

1. Initial Consultation and Sketch Fee: To begin your journey, we require a fee of 0.0015 BTC for the initial consultation and sketch. This fee covers the time and expertise of our designers in translating your vision into a detailed drawing. This sketch payment is non refundable, however, if the order is placed then the payment goes towards the piece’s final price.
2. Approval and Deposit: Once you are happy with the sketch, we require a 50% deposit to begin production. This deposit allows us to source the finest materials and start the meticulous crafting process.
3. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the piece and before shipping. We will notify you when your jewelry is ready and provide you with the necessary details for the final payment.

Customization and Revisions:
We understand that creating a bespoke piece is a highly personal experience. We offer up to three revisions of the initial sketch to ensure it perfectly aligns with your vision. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Shipping and Insurance:
We offer worldwide shipping, with all packages fully insured for their value. Shipping is complementary to most routine destinations. For countries with exceptionally high shipping rates, an additional charge may apply. We will inform you of any extra costs prior to shipping. If you reside in a country with a history of customs issues, we will work with you to find the most convenient and reliable way to get your piece to you. Once your jewelry is ready, we will provide you with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Import Taxes & Duty:
Import taxes and duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the price of the jewelry or shipping costs. As per standard international shipping practices, you will be required to cover any import taxes and duties levied by your country’s customs office.

If the customer is able to retrieve the product in Thailand, where Geminé’s manufacturing facility is based, they will be exempt from duty & shipping charges.

Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the personalized nature of bespoke jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with the craftsmanship or a defect, please contact us immediately. We stand by the quality of our work and will make any necessary repairs.

We allow a two week window for any concerns regarding product quality to be communicated with us. Given the issues are legitimate & reasonable, we will work with clients to repair and/or amend any issues they have.
